1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Products are eligible for return or replacement only within 5 days of the delivery date.

The product must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

If the product material is not damaged and there is no manufacturing defect, customers will only be eligible for a replacement, not a refund.

Replacements are subject to availability of the same product, size, or an alternative agreed upon by both parties.
2. Return Window

The return window is open for 5 days from the date of delivery.

The return request must be submitted within this period; any requests after this will not be processed.
3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only in certain cases, such as:

Manufacturing defects.

Wrong item delivered.

Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).

If the return reason is not related to a replacement (for example, wrong size ordered, change of mind, style preference), the customer must bear the delivery charges. The rest of the amount will be refunded from our side after deducting these charges.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The mode of refund will be the same as the original payment method.

In case of a replacement, if the requested size/design is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product of the same value.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end.
